Hairstyles and Its Popularity

Interview suit dry-cleaned? Check. Shoes shined? Check. Mohawk perfectly sculpted with extra wax or clay? Hold on a second there, boy. This is a job interview, where you’re supposed to strut your experience, not your hairstyles!

And how you look doesn’t just include your clothes and your hygiene but how you fashion your locks. It may have something to do with the fact that women make up a majority of the hiring force today, and women are much more conscious and concerned about grooming, especially when it comes to hair. But experts agree that you can infer a lot about a person including how you think they’re going to function as an employee are based on how they fashion their hairstyle.

So, how do you know if you look the part? Here’s what your hairstyle really says about you.

Side Part
Popular in: Finance, politics, insurance.

Says: Serious and business-minded. You’re a hard worker who wants to get ahead.

Why: It’s on the conservative and simple side, but it still shows that you put some effort into your grooming routine. It’s also a classic look that will never go out of style, because it conveys a sense of class and importance. There’s a secret among Human Resource people that you’re more likely to get a promotion if you look like you’ve already made it.

Buzz Cut
Popular in: Medicine, professional sports, the Army.

Says: Confident and masculine. You care about appearance, but you’re too busy to spend too much time on your hair.

Why: There’s a reason this look is favored by the military. It’s not just extremely low maintenance, leaving time for more important business (or battles, as the case may be), but it’s a bold statement that shows you want to look like you’re part of the team and move up the ranks.

Faux Hawk
Popular in: Fashion, photography, hipsterdom.

Says: Creative and extroverted. You’re concerned about standing out from the crowd.

Why: It’s an edgy look that conveys a lot of confidence and personal style. That said, it’s also just breaking over into mainstream, so if you work in an environment where everyone else is sporting side parts, you’re going to attract a lot of attention. If, however, you work in a creative field where suits are optional (and even tattoos are acceptable), wear your faux hawk with pride. If your appearance syncs with the rest of the workplace, it gives the impression that you’re able to handle the technical skills.

Textured Bedhead
Popular in: Hollywood, media, public relations.

Says: Trendy and detail-oriented. You care about the little things.

Why: It’s a look that requires a fair amount of time to create and maintain, so it shows that you put a lot of effort into keeping up your appearance. People in positions of power, especially recruiters, like to see that a potential employee takes care of himself and keeps up with trends. Besides that, when you look good, you feel good and have more confidence.

Caesar Cut
Popular in: Law, theater, gladiator rings.

Says: Intuitive and savvy. Concerned about looking perfectly pulled together.

Why: You have more important things on your morning agenda than spending hours styling your hair, but you still want to look like you take pride in your appearance, and more importantly, that you mean business. This look is great for guys of all ages, but it’s an especially good style for guys who are just entering the workforce. Younger people want to believe people will hire them based on competence and not appearance, but unfortunately, that’s not the case. You do have to give up some of your identity if you want to be part of the team and move up the ranks.

Left 4 Dead & Starting Over

Actually, i really lazy right now to update my blog...so, for this time I'm going to share what I've got this weekend which I just spend below RM50...It quite useful for me because those things are my interest. Let we go through my topic...

my new collection, bought on Feb. 20, 2010

1. Starting Over, by Tony Petersons

This is the story of how we grow old, how we give up the dreams of youth for something better and how many chances we have to get it right. George Bailey has been given the gift we all dream of which is the chance to live his life again. After suffering a heart attack at the age of 42, George is given the heart of a 19 year old and suddenly everything changes. He is a friend to his teenage son and daughter and not a stern Home Secretary, monitoring their every move. And suddenly he wants to change the world, just as soon as he shakes off his hangover. But George Bailey discovers that being young again is not all it is cracked up to be and what he actually wants more than anything in the universe is to have his old life back.

This book reminds me about the latest post in Exo's blog on Feb. 17, 2010 which he told about Regretting the Pass is Hell. I think what Exo's told was right that we will not change if we go back to the pass. BUT from this book it doesnt told us about we will going back to the pass, it told us about continuing our live after given a second chance. For this, i will agree that we will change. This book cost RM32.31 after 10% discount.

2. Left 4 Dead 2

Down in the bayou of Louisiana, all hell has broken loose in this second entry of the multiplayer zombie-fest. Players assume the role of four new survivors, each with their own personality and new dialog. The game leads them through the southeastern region of the US from Savannah, Georgia through the bayou country, and climaxing in New Orleans' French Quarter.

This co-operative action horror FPS takes you and your friends through the cities, swamps and cemeteries of the Deep South, from Savannah to New Orleans across five expansive campaigns. You'll play as one of four new survivors armed with a wide and devastating array of classic and upgraded weapons. In addition to firearms, you’ll also get a chance to take out some aggression on infected with a variety of carnage-creating melee weapons, from chainsaws to axes and even the deadly frying pan. You'll be putting these weapons to the test against (or playing as in Versus) three horrific and formidable new Special Infected. You'll also encounter five new "uncommon" common infected, including the terrifying Mudmen.

This game really interestings and this is my favourite genre, shooting/adventure. BUT i still have a problem to install it in my pc and still keep on remind me that It has an error. I want to refer back to the seller soon. This game cost RM8 only.

In conclusion, i just spent about RM40 this weekend...Lastly, use your money wisely...

Kissing Language

Guys..look what i've got....but firstly, i would like to share about the facts of kissing...

Let we go through the FACTS...
  • People with crooked teeth(its me?) usually kiss BETTER than people with straight teeth.
  • When you chew gum before you kiss, it actually makes your breath SMELL WORSE than before because of your salivary glands.
  • Mints work MUCH better
  • Though there is the French Kiss, surveys around the world said that instead of the FRENCH, it is said that the ITALIANS kisses the best! Mamma mia bella signorina!
  • The MEXICANS are the worst kisser ever
  • Kissing is healthy. It makes your heart beat rates 13-18% FASTER than normal
  • GUYS, It is much more ROMANTIC to kiss girls in a fancy restaurant or UNDER THE STARS than to kiss in your disgusting bedroom or in the movie theaters
  • GIRLS, Just because a guy kisses you every 10 minutes doesn't mean he’s using you ...he's just a LITTLE HORNY ;) and there`s no problem with that!!!
  • It has been PROVEN that when people with the SAME hair colour kiss, it is more ROMANTIC than that of a different hair colour. Don't ask, we don't know why either hehe…
  • Your FIRST Kiss isn’t always your BEST Kiss
  • If you can tie a KNOT in a CHERRY with your tongue, it doesn't mean you are a good kisser... it just means your TONGUE MUSCLE is strong
  • ALL GIRLS are NOT WHORES, and ALL GUYS are NOT PLAYERS... EVERYONE gets a LITTLE HORNY sometimes.
Next, we go to the TIPS...
  • Touch his/her face.
  • Run our fingers through his/her hair.
  • Kiss softly at first, then apply more pressure.
  • Hold your kissing partner.
Now, we come to the kissing language...
[of coz, it's a language. If a kiss is the Language of Love, then we have a lot to talk about it...]

+ Kiss on the ear ------------------------ "I'm horny"
+ Kiss on the cheek -------------------- "We're friends"
+ Kiss on the hand ---------------------- "I adore you"
+ Kiss on the neck ---------------------- "We belong together"
+ Kiss on the shoulder ----------------- "I want you now"
+ Kiss on the lips ------------------------ "I love you" or "I want you"
+ Holding hands ------------------------- "We can learn to love each other"
+ A wink ------------------------------------ "Let's get it on"
+ Slap on the butt ------------------------ "That’s mine"
+ Playing with the ear ------------------- "I can't live without you"
+ Holding on tight ------------------------ "Don't let go"
+ Looking into each other's eyes --- "Let's get romantic"
+ Playing with hair on head ----------- "Tell me you love me"
+ Arms around the waist -------------- "I love you too much to let go"
+ Laughing while kissing -------------- "I am completely comfortable with you"

Last but not least: If you're kissing someone, close your eyes. Seriously, it's not nice to stare...
